The system has substantially reduced my power bill and gives me peace of mind because it can operate even if the power grid is down. Sometimes it’s the little things you are most thankful for when something hits you unexpectedly. Yesterday, we woke up to a furnace that wasn’t working. Could have been a simple fix of simply replacing the igniter. Unfortunately, that replacement part for our 28 year-old furnace has been discontinued, which meant instead of a simple fix, it was an entire replacement. Two things we are thankful for: 1) We are currently experiencing an earlier than usual January thaw, so no threat of pipes freezing. 2) We have the best heating company in the entire world. Brandt Heating and Airconditioning came through and had a new furnace installed within 24 hours. Now, we’ve had other experiences with Brandt on furnace issues over the years — once on Christmas Day years ago. They were there. Once on Christmas Eve when we were out of town and our neighbors discovered our furnace wasn’t running. We had them call Brandt, and they were right there. I don’t know if everyone gives this kind of service, but as far as we’re concerned, they are the best.

(which was somewhat urgent and same day needed), providing the tech via text and tracking of the tech location were very well orchestrated and it went smoothly. CALL! Great experience! I could not be more impressed with this business. Any time I called in and had questions the office lady was always super friendly and helpful. The workers were also friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable. I got a new a/c unit and also had a very unusual and tricky furnace replacement. They sent two guys who spent almost the whole day making sure everything was 100%. They also charged me EXACTLY what was quoted.....a rarity these days. I am also just a simple residential customer and it wasn't a huge job but they treated it like it was! They also do a free maintenance within 1st year of install. I can't say enough good things about this business. Thanks everyone at Brandt!

We purchased a gas fireplace and had it installed In June! When we started to want to use it in November we had forgot exactly how remote works and instruction s we had were no help! I called asked if someone when not busy stop by and just review how to use the remote! Darcy came by and walked through all of the instructions And was very helpful!

Couldn't be happier! Had a central AC that wasn't keeping up with the heat. Since it was the weekend and not an emergency I went online to see if I could schedule an appointment for the coming week. Just starting that process got me an outreach asking if I needed emergency service. First thing Monday I was able to get a work in appointment and by 2:00 we were back to kicking out serious cooling. Technician did great work, explained my options and worked with me for the best solution with all potential costs explained up front. Communication up front, during and after have all been top notch, even during a peak season. I truly felt like I was there only customer, even though I know they were in high demand.
