I wanted to write you and thank you for taking the time to help me out during my furnace problems. After being told that I needed a new furnace you came over on a Tuesday night and set it up so we had heat running through the night and set up for one of your service techs to come out the next morning. You also told me good news in that we did not need a new furnace.
I also want to thank your service tech Brent who came out and determined the problem and replaced one of the boards in the furnace and the batteries in our thermostat. He did a very excellent job and he too said our furnace was in good shape.
I really appreciate your great work and honesty. Today that is a characteristic that is rare. You guys could have easily tried to sell me a on a furnace like the other company and I would have not known if something was actually wrong or not. Instead you saved me a lot of money around this holiday season and I am truly thankful.
