Company History

Brandt Sheet Metal Co., was started in May 1953, by founder and present CEO, Tim Brandt, in the garage of his parent's home.

In 1954, Tim relocated the business to 220 E. Market Street. In 1956 he moved around the corner, to 207 North Linn Street, where he stayed until constructing a new building in 1966, at 1203 Highland Court, which is still home today!

In 1961, Brandt Sheet Metal Co., became Brandt Heating & Air Conditioning Company, Inc. and the company slogan "Only the rich can afford poor heat", was born.

In January 2001, Tim sold his shares of stock to Bill, starting his retirement process. Bill became the President in 2002.

With Bill now in charge and building upon the foundation set by Tim, customer satisfaction remains our top priority. Bill, TJ, and the entire staff of Brandt Heating is dedicated to providing the best service and products possible.
